IMPULSE BODY FITNESS Product Terms and Conditions

  1. Acknowledgment of Risks: The use of our products involves inherent risks. By using our products, you acknowledge and accept the potential risks associated with physical activity and Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) technology.
  2. Medical Disclosure: It is your responsibility to disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations before using our products. Failure to provide accurate medical information releases IMPULSE from any liability.
  3. Release of Responsibility: In consideration of using our products, you hereby release, waive, and discharge IMPULSE Body Fitness and any affiliate companies and/or representatives from any and all liability, claims, and demands arising from your use of our products, including but not limited to medical conditions.
  4. Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that the use of our products involves known and unknown risks, which you fully assume. You agree to use our products at your own risk.
  5. Liability Waiver: You hereby waive and release IMPULSE Body Fitness and any affiliate companies and/or representatives from any liability for any personal injury, including but not limited to physical or mental injury, illness, or death that may result from the use of our products.
  6. Compliance with Instructions: You agree to use our products only in accordance with the provided instructions, guidelines, and safety measures. Failure to comply may result in increased risk and release IMPULSE Body Fitness and any affiliate companies and/or representatives from any liability.
  7. Return Policy: We are confident in the quality of our EMS equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the equipment within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. The equipment must be in its original condition with all packaging and tags intact. Please contact our customer service to initiate the return process. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products.
  8. Prices and Promotions: Impulse Body Fitness reserves the right to make any changes in price of the services offered without prior notice. Also note that all promotions will only be valid within the period established by them and all sales are final.
  9. Streaming Membership Requirement: The device purchased under this contract requires a valid streaming membership to operate as intended. The purchaser acknowledges that they are responsible for obtaining and maintaining a valid streaming membership to access the full features and functionality of the device. Failure to maintain a valid streaming membership may limit or prevent the device's functionality. The vendor is not responsible for providing streaming membership services and assumes no liability for any issues arising from the purchaser's failure to maintain a valid membership.
  10. Disclaimer of Warranties and Results: The Company makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, as to the effectiveness or results of using the Product. The Product is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and the Company disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether statutory, express, or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Company does not guarantee that the Product will meet the Customer's requirements, be error-free, or operate uninterrupted. The Customer acknowledges and understands that results may vary and are not guaranteed. The company is not making any promises about the results, performance, or effectiveness of the product, and that the customer is using the product at their own risk.
  11. Guarantee: IMPULSE guarantees all our electronic devices will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. If a defect arises during this period, IMPULSE will replace the product free of charge. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear. To make a claim under this guarantee, please contact IMPULSE's Customer Service and provide proof of purchase and details of the defect.

  2. 2. Account Registration: To access our service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and ensuring that only authorized individuals use your account.
  3. 3. Payment and Subscription: By subscribing to our service, you agree to pay the applicable fees and charges. Subscriptions are automatically renewed on a recurring basis, and you authorize us to charge the payment method on file.
  4. 4. Privacy and Data: Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
  5. 5. User Conduct: You agree not to use our platform to engage in any illegal or prohibited activities. Unauthorized sharing of content, or any other misuse of the service is strictly prohibited.

  9. 9. Refunds: All payments made will be final, no refunds will be granted 24 hours after purchase.

Release of Medical and Health Liability: By using the Device, the Customer acknowledges and understands that the Device is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or health condition. The Customer assumes all risk and liability associated with their use of the Device, including any health or medical consequences. The Company disclaims any liability for any injuries, harm, or damages arising from or related to the Customer's use of the Device, including any claims based on negligence, product liability, or other legal theories. The Customer releases and holds harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all medical and health-related claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from or relate to the use of the Device.
  11. 11. Medical Clearance and Responsibility: By using the Device, the Member certifies that they have not been diagnosed with any medical condition that would prevent them from safely engaging in physical exercise and haven’t experienced previous injury, history of heart disease, high blood pressure, or other chronic illness. The member acknowledges there are no physical limitations and that they are not aware of any underlying health issues that could put them at risk when using the Device. The Member acknowledges and understands that they are responsible for their own health and safety while using the Device. If the Member experiences any dizziness, discomfort, or abnormality while using the Device, they agree to immediately cease use and consult a medical professional before resuming. By using the Device, the Member assumes all risk and liability for their own health and well-being.

Recommendations and Release of Medical Liability

Most people can use EMS training, but if you have a special health condition that does not allow you to participate in conventional sports, then you must get your doctor's approval. Unfortunately, we cannot accept clients with the following conditions: Pregnancy, pacemakers, metals in the body, cancer treatment.

Members and participants should consult with their physician or undergo a physical examination before using any of the Impulse Body Fitness facilities or enrolling in any class, especially if the member has a previous injury, history of heart disease, high blood pressure, or other chronic illness, is not used to physical exertion, or has other physical limitations.

Members and participants acknowledge that Impulse Body Fitness does not guarantee any medical or fitness benefits that may be obtained through the use of Impulse Body Fitness facilities, equipment, or services. Impulse Body Fitness does not substitute or suggest any medical treatment to members or participants. Only licensed medical professionals are qualified to give medical advice.

Health Guarantees

Members and participants state that:

  1. There are no medical or physical conditions that prevent the use of the Impulse Body Fitness facilities.
  2. They have not been instructed by any physician not to use Impulse Body Fitness facilities, equipment, and services.
  3. They are in good health and do not have a disability, impairment, injury, illness, or condition that prevents them from engaging in active or passive exercise or that may cause an increased risk of injury or adverse health consequences as a result of exercise.

We do not offer medical advice or intend to replace a healthcare provider's counsel. It's crucial to discuss your specific health conditions, potential constraints, and consult with a healthcare professional before using our products. Restrictions and consequences may apply, requiring the guidance of a licensed medical practitioner.
